This 75 minute class begins on the mat to warm up your core, legs and feet prior to moving to the barre. Garuda Barre incorporates dance, Pilates, Yoga and Gyrotonic moves to create a beautifully balanced active stretching session. Teri takes you through elongated vinyasa and parallel legwork sequences during this class as well as grand plies. You will feel energized, stretched and strengthened after this class!
