You will need two sliders (towels are fine), two yoga blocks, two small weighted balls and a stability ball for this 50 minute intermediate level props class.  Designed to challenge your core, upper body and spinal extensors, Teri utilizes the props to reimagine many Pilates apparatus exercises so you don't need access to a studio or large equipment.  My abs were sore for days after this one!
