Grab a mat, two dumbbells, a foam roller and two sliders (towels, socks or paper plates work well too!). This class begins with a leg-centric circuit. 3 rounds of 10 exercises - 50 seconds on, 10 seconds rest to transition to the next exercise. I am using two 10 pound dumbbells, so opt for something a little heavy if you can. The second portion is 60 minutes of Steele Pilates ReForMat work that uses socks (as sliders) and a foam roller to approximate Pilates apparatus choreography. Do one section or both and get ready to work hard & have fun!
