The second in a series of three, the Steele Pilates Reformer Certification Intermediate Level Exercises course begins with a review of the basic exercises as required to precede the next level of intensity and choreography. Teri leads you through the intermediate level Reformer exercises, explaining how, when and why to level up as well as the proper cuing, set up and modifications for each exercise. Do this course if you are already certified as continuing education or a review (of course there are also some of Teri's variations in this course as well). If you are completing the entire Steele Pilates Reformer Certification, this course should be began upon successful completion and test out of the basic level course.
