Steele Pilates Spine Corrector 1

The spine corrector is a space-conscious, affordable piece of equipment that can really affect your experience with Pilates exercises.  A BOSU can also be used to approximate many of these exercises, so if you access to one, that will work fine as well.  The spine corrector is a more stable version of the ladder barrel, and allows you to increase stability and range of motion for many exercises, as well as support your lower back during exercises which take the spine into an increased range of motion.  If you are looking for a way to really mix things up, I highly recommend a spine corrector!
