This course will begin with a review of the concepts discussed in the Basic/Int Ball CEC course. Teri then progress onto more challenging exercises - using the ball to increase the range of motion of the exercises, to decrease stability and increase neuromuscular recruitment. We will review the lower level exercise first and then teach the advanced version. The course will take 4 hours and will occur during a scheduled ZOOM meeting live with Teri Steele. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate valid for 4 National Pilates Certification Program CEC Credits.
You will receive the Steele Pilates Advanced Stability Ball Exercises CEC Course Syllabus to download and use during the 4 hour LIVE Online Course which will take place via Zoom during a scheduled time. You also get the Steele Pilates Advanced Warrior Ball Class video to use for self practice and to study class design.
