Initially designed to be a 25 minute class, this 45 minute session is intended to be done after a warm up. It starts with dead bug variations and quickly progresses into some of the signature Steele Pilates choreographed abdominal sequences, interspersed with bridging combinations in order to give some active rest phases. Lots of rolling up/rolling over in order to prepare for Jack Knife and Boomerang, so expect the level to be advanced/intermediate.
