Steele Pilates Pre/Post Natal CEC Course ON DEMAND
In this course taught by Teri Steele, students will learn the physiological changes that accompany pregnancy during each trimester and how that affects the Pilates mat and prop work. We will discuss how to safely and successfully work with clients to prepare them for pregnancy and to support them during pregnancy. Proper protocols for pre/post natal clients as well as contraindications will be taught. Upon completion, a certificate for 4 NPCP continuing education credits will be issued.
