During 4 rounds of 15 Steele Pilates ReForMat exercises (plus 2 sets of squat swings to increase heart rate), Teri takes you through progressions of each exercise.  This class uses a heavy dumbbell, a stability ball, a small air-filled ball, and sliders (towels are fine as well).  Each round is 15 minutes, so you can do the entire hour, or work up to it by taking just the first round and progressing up to all four.
